ISLAMABAD: In March, the Building Control Directorate of the Capital Development Authority (CDA) collected Rs18.8 million after receiving approval on building plans, issuance of completion certificates, NOCs, commercial charges, and other heads.
While section-I of the directorate approved 16 building plans, issued 14 completion certificates, finalized 48 cases (including NOCs, commercial charges, etc), and generated an Rs1.98 million revenue; section-II issued 8 completion certificates, 5 building plans, and NOCs and generated Rs13.1 million revenue.
Moreover, section-III issued 12 completion certificates, 60 NOCs and finalized other cases that generated a revenue of Rs3.69 million. Hence, the steps taken by the authority for ensuring financial discipline was successful in increasing the revenue gradually. Further instructions have been given to ensure strict financial discipline and stability.
